Fairfax Cares Recognized by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors
On Monday, March 9, during their regularly scheduled meeting, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors recognized Fairfax Cares for creating a coalition of community partners – including schools, businesses, nonprofits, faith-based groups and local governments – to help residents of Fairfax County with basic immediate needs, such as food and shelter, during this time of economic hardship.
Members of the Fairfax Cares Advisory Committee receive a certificate of recognition from the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.
